What it costs

One per-person rate covers lodging, meals, meeting space, and recreation. No separate facility fee, no catering contract, no per-room charges.

Rentals start at $5,500

In the rate

Lodging

Beds for your whole group, allocated across dorms, cabins, and the staff house.

Meals

Served in the dining hall. Five meals on a two-night stay, up to seventeen on a six-night.

Meeting spaces

The auditorium and every flexible space on campus.

Recreation

Courts, fields, disc golf, gaga pits, and the grounds.

Sound and media

The auditorium sound system and stage lighting. Dining hall TV and sound.

Groups used to booking a hotel block, renting meeting rooms on top of it, and then lining up catering separately are usually surprised by this. It’s one number, per person.

Bring more people, pay less per person. At 100 or more, every person on your roster moves to the lower rate, and the staff house comes with it at no extra charge.

Lodging is assigned, not chosen by price. We allocate cabins and dorms based on your group size and the beds available. The rate is the same wherever your people sleep.

On top of the rate

LED wall
$500 / day
The 10 × 24 foot wall in the auditorium. Subject to availability and approved in advance. The room’s sound system and stage lighting are already in your rate.
Staff house
$250 / night
For groups under 100. At 100 or more it’s included. The per-person rate still applies to everyone staying in it.
Pool
$300 / day
Memorial Day through Labor Day. Your group provides certified lifeguards, and we’ll need to see their certifications.
Extra setup day
$500 / day
Early access ahead of your rental window, approved in advance and written into the agreement.

Meals are handled

Meals are available on-site in our dining hall, making it easy for your group to enjoy meals together without having to leave the property. A two-night stay includes five meals, three nights includes eight meals, and a six-night stay includes up to seventeen meals. Meals are included in the per-person rate.

Before your stay, we’ll collect your final headcount and any dietary needs so everything can be prepared for your group.

Most groups use more than one building. We allocate lodging across dorms, cabins and the staff house based on your group and what is available, and we work it out with you when you book.

Before you arrive

  • A Property Manager is on site. On call 24 hours a day for the length of your stay. Facility prep, grounds, and waste are handled, so you run your event.
  • Bring your own bedding. Beds and mattresses are here. Linens, blankets, pillows, towels, and toiletries come with your group.
  • Certificate of insurance. Groups carry their own coverage. A COI comes with the signed agreement, and again to the Property Manager on arrival.
  • Check-in is 1 p.m., check-out is 10 a.m. Need the room before that? That’s the extra setup day above.
  • Conduct. Your group doesn’t need to be Assemblies of God or any particular denomination. What we ask is that your event runs in line with Christ-centered camping ethics, and that alcohol, tobacco, firearms, and fireworks stay off the property.
