One room that becomes five
Worship, conference, banquet, breakout, or a cleared floor for recreation. Glass garage doors on both sides open to the outdoors.
The walls open
Four glass garage doors run down the sides of the auditorium, two on each side. Raise them and the room extends onto concrete patios on either side: a break between sessions, an outdoor meal, or just air and daylight in the middle of a long day. Covered awnings over both patios are coming.
Most conference rooms are a box you sit inside for three days. This one isn’t.
Set it up your way
Every chair stacks and stores. The room resets between sessions, which is why the same space handles a worship night, a business meeting, and a night of games in one weekend.
Stage forward, chairs in a wide arc, lighting down. The default for retreats and camp weeks.
Theater rows facing the LED wall. Best for teaching-heavy schedules and general sessions.
Round tables through the floor. Awards nights, closing dinners, and celebrations.
Chair clusters across the floor, several groups at once, without booking separate rooms.
Chairs stacked and the floor cleared. Dodgeball, inflatables for a kids camp, and whatever else a group brings.
Built for a worship team
- Sound system: included in your rate
- Stage lighting: included, color-capable, comparable to a modern church rig
- Full worship stage with an enclosed drum cage
- 10 ft × 24 ft LED video wall: $500 per day, subject to availability and booked in advance
Groups bring their team and their set list, not a truck full of gear. Sound and lighting are already here; add the LED wall if your program calls for it.
A/V equipment is operated by approved personnel, and technical support requested beyond that may carry an additional fee. We’ll sort out who runs what when you book.
The window
A fully equipped concession stand is built into the auditorium, with a service window that opens to the outside. Coffee between sessions, snacks at halftime, cold drinks after a game, and nobody leaves the building or crosses campus.
A room that earns its keep
Clear-span construction, no fixed seating, doors that open to the outside, and a stage built for a full band. The auditorium is the reason a group of 300 can run worship, teaching, breakouts, meals, and a night of games without leaving one building.
Come see the room
Photos only go so far with a space like this. Come walk it. We’ll open the doors and show you how it sets up for your event.
